New job = two thumbs up!

I hate that I'm so busy though. I have been going out after work almost every night and just chillin.

I put up my bookshelf tonight and emptied everything into it and while I was doing so I found this Peanuts cartoon book that was my mom's from back in '59. In the center of it was this piece of paper where my mom had draw a rough, but really good for her age picture of snoopy and charlie brown. I flipped the piece of paper over to see what she wrote on and it was torn out page from a law review. I laughed so hard I cried.

Can I just say that sometimes the memories of sorrowful times impede on the current calmer times, and that's really disheartening to me, because now I cannot envision purely good times at all.

It all began with a simple sock monkey card from Amy:

And then I opened up the big Dell box...

Only to discover that it wasn't a Dell laptop inside, but rather a pink Barbie computer! (Erik got me good!)

Barbie is so 21st century now! (Don't worry I really did get a stellar laptop!)

And then we started drinking a little...

And then I did a shot with Erin...

And then I reflected....

And then I did a shot with Erik...

And I reflected a litte more...

And then I did a shot with Amy...

And then I finished the bottle...

My better half and I...

And then Erik got a little silly...

We both really wanted a piece of that cardboard...

And then Erin threw me to the floor and pretended I had a large papercut from the cardboard...

I have never laughed harder in my life...well at least not until we started hitting each other...

And then all of a sudden Erin got pissed at the trash can...

And then I put my new lingerie on...my head...

Everything after that was a mixed blur of laughter and tears...it was an amazing birthday, thanks to everyone for my laptop and for the company...seriously it was one of the best nights ever...Hope the rest of you enjoyed the story.

Things are going really well:
* Graduation was Saturday. Bye bye USF =)
* Turning 21 in about three weeks is something I'm really looking foward to
* I am apparently on a waiting list for a law school in San Diego. So my "Maybe" in the sea of "NOOOOO"s is really exciting

I'm just feeling really good - I'm on the hunt for another summer job to raise some $$ - so that'll be this week.

Hmm nothing else, just needed to get the giddy out.

Wow, so when they say Finals, they mean Final finals =)

Yes kids, they are dropping like flies these classes of mine.
Today- My last official day of classes at the USF.
Next Week- My final batch of finals.

No fanfair - no attendance of the ceremony. I cannot be sentimental about USF, probably because my stay was shorter than most.

But the good news is that I don't have to worry about being hung over at my summer classes =)
